Many thanks for the prompt delivery of my new Lamy 2000 fountain pen - excellent service and a great website too.
This is my third Lamy pen, previously I've used Safari pens which were marvellous writing instruments, especially bearing in mind there very reasonable cost. I thought this time that I should treat myself to the 'premium' 2000 pen and after just a couple minutes use, I know that it is going to be a great pen!

Just to say thank you for delivering my order on time last Saturday. When I checked on the Royal Mail tracking website on Friday evening, I was informed that the package will be delivered on Monday (30/06/2008) instead of Saturday (28/06/2008). Although I did ask for next day delivery when I placed my order on Friday, I didn't realise that you have to pay an extra £2.00 for a Saturday Special Delivery.
To my surprise I was so glad to receive my order on the Saturday morning and found out that a Saturday Special Delivery has been arranged by the gentleman who took my order. That I must say is EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Well done.

Hi,
I am not one to ever write to offer positive feedback on a transaction as I generally expect good customer service but I was very impressed that you not only stocked a reasonably hard to find Graf von Faber-Castell fountain pen I wanted, but offered it at the most competitve price I could find on the web and then managed to get it to me in under 24 hours and perfectly packed. I spent much of yesterday evening on the phone to Australia, trying to order an (expensive) toy car for delivery to relatives - having sent several emails to distributors and head offices beforehand. Net result a frustrating and costly failure. Impossible to order on-line, delivery archaic and stock levels unknown (unhelpful - dare I say dim - store staff) and no-one takes credit card payments over the phone (nor by BACs or even Paypal for that matter).
They have an awful lot to learn from professional and efficient retailers like you!

The fact that you have responded so quickly at all times, you have offered me a refund even when I have put the ink cartridge, besides your satisfactory explanation on the Tombows lack of precision on the fountain pen details, has made me think that I shall keep the pen. One of the reasons I wanted it was because I thought it will have a rubber grip, but good customer service is priceless and you seem to be genuinely good. I am sure I will use your services again.
