The Ivanhoe Varius collection from Caran d'Ache has a distinctive and unique fine coat of chain mail woven from stainless steel, all other parts are brass.
This unusual finish is not only eye-catching but also very tactile and pleasant to write with.
Available in either gold plated finish or a silver and then rhodium plated finish, the Caran d'ache Ivanhoe collection comprises a fountain pen with 18-carat gold nib, a rollerball and propelling ball pen and 0.7mm mechanical pencil.
The fountain pen is available in six nib widths: extra fine, fine, medium, broad, oblique medium and oblique broad and accepts standard cartridges or may be filled from an inkwell.
